fix: eslint unused-disable + prettier formatting

- Remove unused eslint-disable in MainLayout.tsx (react-refresh/only-export-components) - Format client.ts, ClipPropertiesPanel.tsx, TimelinePanel.tsx, EditingPlanner.tsx with prettier
