- Add prometheus-client==0.21.1 to requirements.txt
- Create PrometheusMetricsMiddleware to track HTTP request duration, count, and in-progress requests
- Add /metrics endpoint for Prometheus scraping
- Exclude health/ready/startup/metrics paths from recording to reduce noise
