fix(generate): from-assets 去重 + 60s 超时 + 片段就绪轮询
- 移除 handleGenerate 中 from-assets 重复调用（useStep2Materials 已在选素材时 debounce 800ms 调用） - createClipsFromAssets 单独设置 60s timeout（与后端 MediaKit 一致），支持 AbortSignal - 调 generate 前轮询 listClips 确认存在 ready 片段，未就绪显示'正在智能选片中，请稍候...' - 轮询最多 90s（MediaKit 60s + 缓冲），超时提示'智能选片超时，请重试' - from-assets 请求超时/失败在 useStep2Materials 中 message.error 友好提示 |

问题：前端在本地构建clips（每素材1个片段，start_time=0）， 未调用后端/clips/from-assets，导致模板要求4个片段但只选3个素材时 只生成3个片段，后端随机start_time和多片段逻辑从未被触发。 修复： - createClipsFromAssets增加requiredClipsCount可选参数 - useStep2Materials改为先清空旧片段再调用from-assets， required_clips_count=模板segments数 - 删除废弃的buildClipsFromAssets工具函数 |
