改动清单

  1. 扩展push分支触发模式：增加 feat/ fix/ refactor/ perf/ docs/ chore/ ci/ 前缀匹配，解决分支命名不规范导致CI漏触发的问题
  2. 增加workflow_dispatch手动触发：CI漏触发时可手动补跑，无需rebase
  3. 优化concurrency分组：加上event_name，避免push和pull_request事件互相取消

背景

  • PR #347/#348等feat/和fix/前缀的分支，push事件不触发CI
  • rebase后CI偶尔漏触发，需要人工介入

验证方式

  • 找一个feat/或fix/分支空提交push，确认CI自动触发
  • Gitea UI上手动触发一次workflow_dispatch
