CI Bot a6a499163a test(e2e): 修复标题输入选择器，兼容 Antd AutoComplete ...

- Antd AutoComplete 的 placeholder 渲染在 span 元素上，input 本身无 placeholder 属性
- 将 getByPlaceholder 改为 locator(".ant-select-auto-complete input") 精确定位
- 移除无效的 fallback 选择器 (.xx-form-field input:last 匹配到字号滑块)
- 放宽 generate API 断言：测试环境模板无就绪片段时返回 400 是预期行为

修复持续 4 天的 Staging E2E Tests 失败（从 commit ce3cd080 起）
