- useClipDrag: clip drag and drop reordering logic
- useTrimDrag: trim handle dragging with realtime preview
- useTimelineMenus: context menu + add clip panel state & interactions
- Main file: 598 -> 324 lines (-46%)

Total refactor: 774 -> 324 lines (-58%) across all 3 phases
