【问题一】封面预览不显示标题文字效果 封面预览区域在智能选帧/上传后只显示原始图片，标题配置（文字、字体、 字号、颜色、粗斜体、描边、阴影、位置）的效果看不到。 修复：在 aa-cover-preview 容器中新增绝对定位标题叠加层，实时读取 titleConfig 渲染： - 文字：titleConfig.title（非空且有图时显示，loading 中隐藏） - 字体：思源黑体→Noto Sans SC、思源宋体→Noto Serif SC、楷体→KaiTi - 字号：size px；加粗/斜体/颜色/位置（top/center/bottom/custom）按配置 - 描边：stroke=true 时用 -webkit-text-stroke 黑色描边（互斥于阴影） - 阴影：shadow=true 时加 0 2px 8px 阴影；默认给轻微阴影保证白字可读 - 容器 position: relative、img 9/16 aspect-ratio + border-radius 12px - 智能选帧 loading 时显示遮罩层，标题隐藏 【问题二】getLipsyncJob/getRenderJob 轮询超时 getLipsyncJob 已在之前修复为 timeout:60000，但 getRenderJob 仍走默认 10s 超时；对口型 TTS+MediaKit 推理和最终 ffmpeg 合成都可能超过 10s， 控制台报 'timeout of 10000ms exceeded' 误导以为任务失败。 修复：getRenderJob 显式设置 timeout:60000。generateSmartCover 已有 60s 超时无需改动。
