- cover.py: use get_url() (bare URL) instead of get_download_url() (signed URL) to avoid OSS sign_url encoding / as %2F causing 403 - ai_service.py: remove SVG stub fallback in _call_ai_cover_service(), raise RuntimeError with clear error message instead - cover.py: wrap run_generate_cover() in try/except RuntimeError → HTTPException - schemas.py: remove unused CoverGenerateResponse class - Note: rendered/* OSS public read must be configured for bare URL to work
