灵应 f31858a008 fix: build_release_images.sh 支持 staging/production nginx 配置分离 ...

- 新增第二个参数 BUILD_ENV (staging|production)，默认 production
- staging 构建使用 nginx-staging.conf (proxy_pass → xiaoxia-api-staging)
- production 构建使用 nginx-production.conf (proxy_pass → xiaoxia-api-production)
- CI deploy-staging 调用时传入 staging 参数

修复: web 容器在 staging 环境因 nginx upstream 指向 xiaoxia-api-production
导致 host not found 崩溃重启的问题
