根因：前端轮询用 GET 接口查状态，但 GET 只读 DB 不刷新， 导致任务提交后 status 一直是 submitted，前端永远等不到 completed。 修复：GET 端点对非终态任务（pending/submitted/processing）自动 调用 refresh_job_status 从 MediaKit 拉最新状态，前端轮询即触发。
