问题根因： - 代码假设所有 container box (trak/mdia/minf/stbl) 都是 fullbox - 但实际 MP4 文件中这些 box 可能不是 fullbox，content 从 offset+8 开始而非 offset+12 - 导致递归查找时偏移错误，永远找不到 stsd → hvcC/avcC 修复方案： - 动态检测 fullbox：检查 offset+8 处的 version/flags 字节是否为 0 - 如果是 fullbox，content 从 offset+12 开始；否则从 offset+8 开始 - 在 containerBoxes 列表中添加 'moov'
