+- Runner ubuntu-latest 原标签绑定 docker://node:20-bookworm，导致 host-shell deploy 仍尝试拉 Node 镜像。
+- 已改为纯 ubuntu-latest 标签并重启 runner，后续 deploy job 应在宿主机 shell 执行。
