ci: 修复生产部署SSH端口 + 扩充E2E测试覆盖

- 修复生产部署SSH端口为22222（之前默认22连接被拒）
- 新增staging-api-tests job: 32个API集成测试（auth/asset/project）
- 浏览器E2E新增auth-guard路由守卫测试
- 生产E2E新增auth页面和auth-guard测试
