删除废弃文件:
- src/config/navigation.tsx (211行, 无引用, navigation.ts 为实际使用文件)
- src/components/business/ 目录 (365行, 空壳目录+死CSS)
- src/api/dashboard.ts (42行, 0处导入, Dashboard用硬编码mock)

修复路由:
- 删除 router/index.tsx 重复的 my-voices 路由 (7行)

清理重复CSS:
- generate.css: 删除重复 .xx-btn/.xx-btn-primary/.xx-btn-ghost 定义 (48行, 改用ui.css统一样式)
- Admin.css: 删除重复 .xx-card/.xx-select 定义 (40行, 改用ui.css/global.css统一样式)

构建验证: vite build 通过
预计减少: 713行 (41798 -> 41085)
