fix: E2E标题输入框时序问题 - 点击switch后等待输入框渲染

问题：AI模式切换到手动模式后，输入框是条件渲染的，立即fill会超时
修复：点击switch后添加expect().toBeVisible()等待输入框出现（5秒超时）
