#2039 爆款视频 v1.2+v1.3 — PR1：DB 模型 + Migration

按建议拆分为两个 PR，本 PR 只含数据层：

新增表

• viral_video_jobs — 爆款视频任务主表（含 v1.3 reference_video_url/style_strength/style_guide/style_template_id 字段）
• viral_video_style_templates — 风格模板配置，seed 4 个系统模板（快节奏冲击/质感慢镜/口播种草/场景叙事）
• viral_video_prompt_templates — Prompt 模板表（由 #2040 seed），prompt_type 支持 7 种：image_analysis/intent_parsing/copy_fusion/storyboard/review/video_style_integration/style_constraint

测试

• tests/unit/test_viral_video_models.py 4 个单测：三表 CRUD + 默认值

后续

• PR2：domain 状态机 + repository + 6 个 REST 端点 + Celery 10 步编排器 + WS 进度 + Credits 扣点
