变更内容

ACR镜像自动清理增强版从develop同步到main。

新增/修改文件

  • .gitea/workflows/acr-cleanup.yml（新增）- cron定时 + PR关闭 + 手动触发
  • scripts/ci/acr_cleanup.py（重写）- 3种模式 + 白名单保护 + dry-run

核心特性

  1. 生产镜像保护：main/v*版本tag/固定tag永不删除
  2. develop镜像：保留最近20个commit hash tag
  3. PR镜像：关闭后自动清理（Gitea PR状态检查 + 7天降级保留）
  4. 安全兜底：staging运行中镜像白名单
  5. 触发方式：cron每天03:00 + PR关闭事件 + 手动触发
