修复内容

Fix 1：subBoxStart 回退

  • entryOffset + 8 + 68 → entryOffset + 8 + 70

Fix 2：hvcC/avcC 返回完整 box

  • 之前只返回 box 内容（跳过 8 字节 header）
  • 现在返回完整 box（含 size + type header），WebCodecs HEVC decoder 需要完整数据

Fix 3：drawTitle 调试日志

  • 添加 console.log 输出原始标题和分割结果，便于排查

验证标准

  1. HEVC 素材不再黑屏
  2. 控制台无 Decode chunk error
  3. [drawTitle] 日志显示分割正确
