问题

apps/api/app/tasks/lipsync_tts.py 第 18 行导入路径错误：

from apps.worker.worker_app.celery_app import celery_app

该路径在 api 服务镜像内不存在（worker_app 属于 worker 服务），导致 api 容器启动即 ImportError，staging 部署回滚阻断。

修复

参考同目录 ai_avatar_render.py 的写法：

from app.core.celery_app import celery_app

验证

  • docker build -f infra/docker/api.Dockerfile . 构建成功
  • 容器内 import app.tasks.lipsync_tts 导入正常，Celery 实例与任务 lipsync_tts.synthesize_and_submit 注册正常
