smart-cover 后端链路：下载视频+抽帧+drawtext 加标题+上传 OSS，实测可能超过 60s，将 axios timeout 从 60000 改为 120000。

仅改 apps/web/src/pages/ai-avatar/api/aiAvatar.ts 一行；其他接口超时不变。
