背景

PR #2063 中误将 CI 默认 STAGING_SSH_HOST 改为 116.62.226.203:22，该机器已确认为 CI runner，不承载业务容器。
Staging 业务机实际是 47.98.113.167，公网 SSH 端口 22222（22 被云盾策略限制），运维已确认密钥就绪。

变更

  • .gitea/workflows/ci-pipeline.yml: staging_host 默认值改回 47.98.113.167，staging_port 默认值改为 22222；注释说明 116.62.226.203 现为 CI runner
  • scripts/ci_staging_healthcheck.sh: 同步默认值 + 注释修正

验证

  • 当前 47.98.113.167 上 staging 已手动部署到 e4723bfb（包含 #2063 的 mezzanine relay 直传 + veryfast preset 优化）
  • GPU NVENC 正常启用：Quadro P4000，relay 直传 30s 720p 端到端 2.68s
  • Worker 日志显示 [gpu-encoder] NVENC enabled，mezzanine_transport=relay
  • 公网 health 返回 version=e4723bfb
