P0 根因（运维实测staging日志）

• doubao-seed-2-1-lite-260915 模型持续 read timeout：VLM 3张图全45s timeout（浪费137s），编导脚本两次180s soft limit被SIGKILL → 文案生成不了
• generate_copy soft_time_limit=180s太紧，fast全挂时根本走不到pro fallback
• Seedream 信任链用 pro+2K 单张46.5s，实测AI化后图仍被Seedance判真人拦截（白等）

修复

1. VLM图片分析：lite timeout 45s→15s快速失败转pro；pro timeout max(60,t)→25s（省100s+）
2. 意图解析：加 fast→pro fallback，单级timeout=25s
3. 编导脚本三级重试：每级独立timeout（fast 25s/fast-retry 25s/pro-fallback 40s），fast挂了25s内转pro
4. 合规审核：加 fast→pro fallback，timeout=20s
5. chat_completion/call_llm：加 timeout 参数透传
6. generate_copy celery时限：soft_time_limit 180→360s，hard 240→420s
7. Seedream默认模型：pro+2K(46.5s)→flash+1K(13s)，实测提速3.6倍
8. 新增配置开关：doubao_trust_chain_enabled（默认True，可配False关闭信任链）
9. 新增配置项：doubao_image_size(默认1K)、doubao_image_timeout(默认60s)

测试

16513 passed（2个musetalk pre-existing失败，无关）

P0-文案生成不了根因（运维实测日志）：
- doubao-seed-2-1-lite-260915 模型持续 read timeout（VLM 3张图全45s timeout浪费137s；编导脚本两次180s soft limit被杀）
- generate_copy celery soft_time_limit=180s太紧，三级fast→fast→pro重试在fast全挂时根本走不到pro

修复：
1. VLM图片分析 lite timeout: 45s→15s 快速失败转pro；pro timeout: max(60,t)→25s（省100s+）
2. 意图解析加fast→pro fallback，单级timeout=25s
3. 编导脚本三级重试每级独立timeout（fast 25s/fast-retry 25s/pro-fallback 40s）
4. 合规审核加fast→pro fallback，timeout=20s
5. chat_completion/call_llm 加 timeout 参数透传
6. generate_copy soft_time_limit: 180→360s，hard: 240→420s（给pro fallback留余量）
7. Seedream模型 pro+2K(46.5s)→flash+1K(13s)，实测提速3.6倍
8. 加 doubao_trust_chain_enabled 开关（默认True），可配置关闭信任链
9. 加 doubao_image_size/doubao_image_timeout 配置项

测试：16513 passed（2个musetalk pre-existing失败无关）
