背景

#2180 合入后测试发现：方舟 doubao-seed-2-1-lite-260915 模型在staging服务器100%超时（45.1s read timeout，max_retries=1共2次尝试也全挂），反而 pro (ep-20260721114705-b568m) 稳定25-38s一次成功。

每个LLM环节（图片分析/意图解析/编导脚本/审核）都走 lite超时→pro降级 链路，每步多耗~90s。

变更

1. 单测修复：3个test文件里 doubao_timeout assertion从30更新到45（#2180已改默认值但单测没跟上，导致CI红）
2. doubao_vision_use_lite默认 False：直接走pro，VLM单次调用25-38s成功，避免lite重试消耗。等方舟确认lite模型状态后可通过ENV DOUBAO_VISION_USE_LITE=true重新开启。

验证

部署后预期：

• VLM单次25-38s返回（不再先等90s lite超时）
• 意图解析+编导脚本总耗时<60s
• 完整链路从job提交到视频生成<5分钟

fix(#2181 P0): 默认关闭VLM lite + 修复单测timeout assertion ... 5bb714f25b

1. 单测修复：#2180把doubao_timeout默认从30提到45后，3个单测还assert 30导致CI红，同步更新为45
   - tests/unit/test_config_base.py::test_default_doubao_config
   - tests/unit/test_api_settings.py
   - tests/unit/test_ai_client.py（两处doubao_timeout=30→45）

2. doubao_vision_use_lite 默认改为 False：
   实测方舟 doubao-seed-2-1-lite-260915 模型100%超时（45.1s read timeout，3次重试全挂），
   反而 pro (ep-20260721114705-b568m) 稳定25-38s一次成功。
   默认关闭lite，直接走pro避免每步多耗136s（lite 3次超时），整体从170s/步→35s/步。
   lite模型待方舟侧恢复或确认为模型名问题后再通过ENV开启。
