修复内容

修复1：清除 ai_router.py fallback 方法中的硬编码默认值

  • _fallback_tts_client(): cosyvoice_base_url/cosyvoice_model 默认值改为空字符串
  • _fallback_image_gen_client(): doubao_base_url/doubao_image_model 默认值改为空字符串
  • _fallback_video_gen_client(): doubao_base_url/doubao_video_model 默认值改为空字符串
  • cosyvoice_service.py: cosyvoice_clone_model 默认值改为空字符串

修复2：新增 migration 100

  • 幂等更新5个LLM capability的primary_model_id从旧doubao-seed-1-6到doubao-seed-2-1-pro
  • 更新image_analysis的primary/lite/fallback模型绑定
  • 仅当当前绑定为旧值时才UPDATE，避免覆盖用户自定义配置
