  1. Flag调试日志增强：所有feature flag判断点增加debug日志，方便灰度排查
  2. Fallback逻辑统一：统一flag获取失败时的默认回退行为，避免各处不一致
  3. 移除render_metrics依赖：保持PR独立，不依赖未合并模块

fix: 渲染引擎flag解析增加调试日志 + 统一fallback行为 c8ed027e98 
- 三个入口(compose_video/edit_plan/generate_video)都增加flag配置详情日志
  （enabled/percentage/whitelist/default_engine），灰度期间便于排查
- 统一fallback行为：异常时全部fallback到legacy（保守策略）
  之前generate_video异常时fallback到unified，与其他入口不一致
fix: 移除render_metrics依赖（该模块在develop上不存在），保持PR独立可合并

移除compose_video中对render_metrics的引用，确保PR可独立合并、不引入运行时错误。
