变更内容

新增 auto-approve.yml workflow，PR CI全绿后自动审批。

功能

  • PR触发（opened / synchronize / ready_for_review）
  • 草稿PR自动跳过
  • 纯前端改动（仅apps/web/）只检查Frontend Lint
  • 全量改动检查 Validate / Unit Tests / Frontend Lint 三项
  • 三项全绿后调用reviews API打APPROVED，附言："CI全绿，自动审批通过。"
  • 已有审批则跳过，避免重复
  • 单个job串行轮询，最多等待20分钟，超时/CI失败均正常退出不告警

设计说明

  • 用单个ci-l1 runner轮询status，而非多job并行等待，节省runner资源
  • 与auto-merge共用REVIEW_GITEA_TOKEN凭证
  • 上线验证稳定后，可停掉日历定时巡检任务
