概述

P2-1 CI可观测性看板（工单 #447）

新增 scripts/ci/ci_dashboard.py，从 Gitea Actions API 拉取数据生成 Markdown 日报。

功能

  • 📊 整体概览：总构建次数、成功率、平均/P50/P95耗时
  • 📈 每日趋势：每日成功率与耗时变化
  • 🧩 各 Workflow 统计：按 workflow 维度拆分
  • ❌ 失败原因分析：自动分类 + Top 失败 Job 排行
  • 🏃 Runner 利用率：各 runner 的任务量与成功率
  • ⏱️ Job 耗时排行：P95 耗时 Top 20

用法

python3 scripts/ci/ci_dashboard.py --days 7
python3 scripts/ci/ci_dashboard.py --days 30 -o report.md

验证

  • ✅ black 格式化通过
  • ✅ ruff 检查通过
  • ✅ 7天数据实测约35秒生成
