前端单测覆盖率门禁提升

Phase 4完成后行覆盖率达到 61.91%，现在把CI门禁从 0.5% 提到合理水平。

指标 旧门槛 新门槛 当前实际 余量
行覆盖率 0.5% 50% 61.91% 11.9%
分支覆盖率 0.5% 50% ~61% ~11%
函数覆盖率 0.5% 20% ~25% ~5%

说明

  • 函数覆盖率是当前短板（25%），门槛设20%留余量
  • 后续继续提升覆盖率后再逐步上调
  • 先提50%验证门禁正常工作，Phase 4 PR合并后再提到60%
